Metatron Press is coming to Toronto and teaming up with Queen Books to bring you an alluring spring evening of readings featuring the voices of:

Metatron Press (2014) is an indie literary publisher based in Montreal, Canada that specialize in publishing poetry and fiction by young, rising writers. They publish 6-8 titles per year. Aside from their publishing program, Metatron frequently curate unique, dynamic readings in Montreal, Toronto and New York City and curate ÄLPHÄ, an online magazine. Formerly the ÖMËGÄ blog (2014-2018), Metatron’s digital publishing platform is now ÄLPHÄ, a quarterly digital magazine. They also hold an annual writing contest, The Metatron Prize. Submissions to the 2018 Metatron Prize will open in July, 2018.
Queen Books is accessible by wheelchair. There isn’t a button to open the front door. Staff and friends will be available to help guests in need of assistance.
Bathrooms are gender neutral and on the third floor. There is a Starbucks a couple doors down with accessible facilities that attendees of the reading are welcome to use.
The reading will run for approximately 1 hour. If you have difficulty standing for long periods of time, please be in touch to reserve a chair.

While this event is free, we encourage you all to support us and Queen Books in whatever way you can, whether that’s buying a book or two or leaving a donation~ All donations will be used to help fund Metatron’s fall 2018 catalogue (5 new books!)
